The Board of Directors has overall responsibility for the appropriate organization of the company’s operations. The Board approves the company’s strategy and sets the principles governing the organization, accounting, and supervision of asset management, as well as appoints the Chief Executive Officer.
According to the company’s Articles of Association, the Board consists of a minimum of three and a maximum of eight members, who are elected by the Annual General Meeting. The term of office of the Board members continues until the close of the next Annual General Meeting.
