Flagging of changes in major holdings
A shareholder is required to submit a notification of changes in holdings (i.e. flagging notification) when the shareholder’s holding or voting interest in the company reaches, exceeds or falls below the flagging threshold. The flagging thresholds are 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50%, 2/3 and 90% of the company’s voting rights or number of shares. The shareholder must submit a flagging notification to the listed company and the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) using the notification form available on the Financial Supervisory Authority’s website.
Notifications of major holdings should be sent to Titanium without undue delay at liputus@titanium.fi. We request that Katarina Rosenström (katarina.rosenstrom@titanium.fi), Head of Legal & Compliance, also be notified of the changes in holdings.
